after working in mac for about a month,
i finally saw all the different kinds of people.
people are really hard to understand.
esp in the service line, people look at ur rank.
they dont respect you if you hold a low rank.
they dont respect you if you're young.
they dont respect you when they feel tt you're threat to them.
service line, this is it man.
dipoma in cust svc, this sucks man.
im going to suffer, i know, i know.
