Dear Superwoman,
.
Do you know that every single tap of the raindrop sounds like they are singing your name repeatedly,
& i realized that ever single sound i hear reflect your elegant, yet poignant name?
.
We're like two ships sailing towards each other,
on a course of collision.
The river is narrow, only enough for one of us to sail.
If i don't sink now, we will crash into each other, & both us will sink.
I am going to sink now, superwoman, not because i am afraid of the collision
nor because i dont want you to sink
but because i just dont want you to see me so that you'll continue to sail peacefully,
& me, I am just a passing sentiment in your anthology of memoirs.
.
The most painful sentiment in this world is not a physical sting,
but the fact that the love between you & me is still lingering strongly,
yet reality had to separate us.
.
Please, just forget me.

Dear Superman,
.
Memories are like a piece of exquisite glass:
Beautiful, fragile yet dangerous.
When you break it, it'll shatter into pieces,
& every slice of the glass, which was ever so beautiful minutes ago,
will turn into sharp blades that cut your skin.
.
When you risked your life to save me, and you were happy
not because I survived, but because we survived, as in our dictionary, the word
"I" or "You" never exists.
It is always "Us" or "We".
.
Superman, one day, when we're eighty years old,
& we see each other on the streets, will you still remember me?
Or will you, will you see me, think for a few minutes, & then shot out another name,
for I am nothing but a glancing memory in your recollections of memories>
.
Why Superman, why do i have to forget you?
.
From Superwoman.
